On August 21, Zou Wenhui, Deputy Secretary of the Chenzhou Municipal Committee, came to YiZhang County to conduct an inspection on the preparations for the 2019 Hunan International Cultural Tourism Festival and the opening of Mangshan Park. Zhang Runhai, Deputy Secretary of Yizhang County Party Committee and County Magistrate, participated in the inspection.

Zou Wenhui and his party inspected the progress of Dongyang Tourism Poverty Alleviation Highway Project on the spot, and understood in detail the facilities and equipment construction, environmental renovation, upgrading and transformation in the Mangshan East Gate Tourist Service Center, East Cable Lower Station, Yongan Village of Mangshan Yao Township, Mangshan Tiantai Mountain Scenic Area, Mangshan Natural Museum and Houwangzhai Scenic Area.

At the subsequent dispatching meeting, Zou Wenhui listened carefully to the report on the preparations for the Hunan International Cultural Tourism Festival and the opening of Mangshan Park in 2019.

In preparation for the opening of Mangshan Park, at present, 9 projects of West Gate Scenic Area have been basically completed; the vertical sightseeing elevator, passenger ropeway, overhanging trestle line and midline of East Gate Scenic Area have been basically completed; and the East Gate Tourist Center and parking lot are expected to be completed in early September.

Zou Wenhui pointed out that we should seize the opportunity of holding the Festival, promote infrastructure and basic public services to a new level, promote the development of cultural tourism industry at a higher level, and inject strong impetus into the high-quality development and sustainable development of Yizhang's economy; should follow the principle of frugality in running meetings, further improve the organizational structure, and form a strong, barrier-free and efficient organizational system; should make good preparations for the "3 + 1" key projects, improve the three main activities as soon as possible, and do a good job in security and service work; should make full use of the opportunities of the Festival, intensify publicity efforts, create an identifiable and attractive cultural IP, fully display the image of Chenzhou, Yizhang and Mangshan, and lay a solid foundation for the development of the global tourism industry.

Fu Jinglong, Li Xiufang, Ding Bangzhu, He Libin, Zhou Xiaowen, Huang Chunhua, Gu Hongmei, Liao Silong and Gu Wenzhong participated in the inspection.
